Terms of Service

1. What this service is

This trip planning/itinerary generator (the “Service”) helps you create and organize a travel plan, suggests ideas, and generates draft itineraries based on inputs you provide.

The Service is a planning tool only. It does not make or guarantee reservations, bookings, tickets, or confirmations with third parties. Any actual purchases or bookings (if you choose to make them) are handled by the relevant third-party providers, subject to their own terms and policies.

2. Offer information and consumer-rights disclosures (UA)

When you use the Service to plan your trip, you are choosing planning assistance, not a guaranteed travel package contract.

We provide necessary, available, truthful, and timely information to help consumers make an informed choice in connection with electronic commerce. This is done in line with: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII and Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

3. User responsibilities and permitted use

• You must provide accurate and lawful information when you input trip preferences.
• You may not use the Service to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, or violate applicable laws.
• You are responsible for reviewing the generated itinerary and confirming details (times, locations, availability, and requirements) with the relevant providers before you rely on it.
• You agree not to use the Service in a way that infringes others’ rights or misleads third parties.

4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that itineraries will be accurate, complete, suitable, or accepted by any third party.

We are not liable for losses arising from: (a) your reliance on generated content without independent verification; (b) third-party actions or changes (availability, schedules, prices, policies); or (c) travel disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Ukrainian consumer and civil law.

5. Personal data and lawful basis (UA)

If the Service processes personal data, we do so in accordance with Ukrainian personal data requirements, including where a lawful basis/consent is required. Relevant legal basis: Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

6. Complaints and contact path

If you have a question, complaint, or request related to the Service, please contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

For consumer dispute handling and complaint rights, information is provided consistently with: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when the current version was published. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine to the extent applicable.
